Cookie Policy

This page explains what cookies are, which ones Khwan Works uses, and how you can manage your preferences. We keep things simple and only use what is genuinely useful.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are stored in your browser and retrieved on your next visit so the site can remember certain information — such as your preferences or whether you have already seen a notice.
Cookies do not give us access to your device and do not contain personal data unless you have provided it to us directly. Most are harmless tools that help a website work well.
Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
Always active
These are required for the website to function properly. They handle basic operations such as remembering your cookie preferences and keeping the site secure. They cannot be disabled.
Duration: Session or up to 12 months · Set by: Khwan Works
Analytics Cookies
Optional
These help us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited most, where people arrive from, and how long they stay. The data is anonymised and used only to improve the site.
Duration: Up to 24 months · Examples: Google Analytics (_ga, _gid)
Marketing Cookies
Optional
These are used to show relevant content to people who have visited this site on other platforms. We use them sparingly and only where they serve a clear purpose. Disabling them will not affect your use of this site.
Duration: Up to 90 days · Examples: Ad network identifiers
Preference Cookies
Optional
These remember settings you have chosen — such as your language or region — so you do not need to select them again on your next visit.
Duration: Up to 12 months · Set by: Khwan Works
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on this site are placed by third-party services rather than by us directly. These services have their own privacy and cookie policies:
- Google Analytics — used with your consent to understand how the site is used. Data is anonymised.
- Google Maps — an embedded map on our homepage uses cookies from Google to display location information.
We choose third-party services with care and aim to keep this list short. We do not use social media tracking pixels or advertising networks without your consent.
Managing Cookies in Your Browser
You can also manage cookies directly through your browser settings. Below are brief guides for the most common browsers. Note that blocking all cookies may affect how some websites work.
Google Chrome
Open Chrome and go to Settings. Select Privacy and security, then Cookies and other site data. From here you can block all cookies, allow only essential ones, or delete existing cookies. You can also set exceptions for specific sites.
Mozilla Firefox
Open Firefox and go to Settings, then Privacy & Security. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, choose Standard, Strict or Custom. To delete existing cookies, scroll to Cookies and Site Data and select Clear Data.
Apple Safari
On Mac, open Safari and go to Settings (or Preferences), then Privacy. You can prevent cross-site tracking and block all cookies here. On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings, select Safari, then Privacy & Security to find similar options.
Microsoft Edge
Open Edge and go to Settings, then Cookies and site permissions, and then Manage and delete cookies and site data. You can toggle cookies on or off and manage exceptions for individual sites.
Mobile Browsers
On mobile devices, cookie settings are usually found in the browser's main menu under Privacy or Settings. On Android, open your browser's menu and look for Site settings or Privacy. The steps vary slightly between browser versions.
Your Rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA, B.E. 2562), you have the right to withdraw your consent to non-essential cookies at any time. You can do this using the preference controls above, or by adjusting your browser settings.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any cookie use that took place before you withdrew it. Essential cookies will remain active as they are necessary for the website to function.
If you have questions about how we use cookies or your rights, please contact us at [email protected].
