Do we need any technical background to work with you?
No. Most of our clients come to us with little familiarity with AI tools. We start by listening to how you work, not by asking you to learn anything. Any concepts that matter will be explained in plain terms.
How long before we see any change?
The Listening Session takes place in a single meeting. A Settled Integration typically spans four to five weeks. Steady Companionship is an ongoing relationship — small improvements accumulate over time rather than arriving all at once.
Will AI change how my team works day to day?
We try to change as little as possible. Our approach is to find where AI can quietly support existing routines — handling a repetitive task, summarising information, or drafting a first response — without requiring your staff to rethink how they do their jobs.
What does the Listening Session cost, and what do we get?
The session is ฿4,400 and covers one team. We spend time understanding your daily operations, then provide a written summary identifying two or three places where AI might quietly reduce effort. There is no obligation to continue with us after receiving it.
Is our business data kept private?
Yes. We handle all client information with care and do not share it with third parties. Before any integration work begins, we outline clearly how data will be used and stored. You can also review our Privacy Policy at any time.
Can we pause or stop if it doesn't feel right?
Yes, at any point. The Steady Companionship service runs on a monthly basis with no long-term lock-in. If something isn't working as hoped, we'd rather know and adjust than have you feel committed to a path that doesn't suit you.
