Client voices
In their own words
"We started with a Listening Session not expecting much — I thought it would be a sales pitch. Instead, Priya spent the whole session asking us questions about how we handle supplier correspondence. The summary was specific and useful, even if we hadn't gone further."
Narong Thepsiri
Import & Distribution, Lat Phrao

"The integration took closer to six weeks than four, partly because our setup was a bit unusual. But the team was transparent about it and didn't charge extra. Our front desk now handles first-response emails in about a third of the time."
Siriporn Jaruwan
Boutique Hotel Manager, Silom
April 2025
"I had been worried that my staff would resist the change — some of them have worked with us for ten years and are not particularly comfortable with technology. Anchalee ran the guidance sessions very patiently. I didn't hear a single complaint."
Wanchai Pongpat
Accounting Practice, Ratchadapisek
May 2025
"Three months into Steady Companionship now. The monthly summaries are genuinely useful — they tell me exactly what the assistant has handled and flag anything that looked unusual. I can see the value clearly."
Benchamaporn Limsiri
Legal Services, Sathon
May 2025
"The Listening Session gave us a clear picture of where AI might fit, and honestly, it also showed us one area where we thought AI could help but probably couldn't — which saved us time and money. That kind of honesty is not common."
Thanachai Kasem
E-commerce Retailer, Chatuchak
April 2025
"We've worked with Krit for the past four months. He's very methodical and explains technical decisions in plain language. We're not a technology-heavy team, so that matters to us."

A closer look at three engagements
Case Study 01 — Hospitality
A hotel in Silom district: reducing guest response time
The challenge
The front desk team were spending 35–40 minutes each morning handling the same types of guest enquiries by email — room type questions, early check-in requests, local recommendations. Staff found it repetitive and it often delayed other tasks.
The approach
After a Listening Session, we recommended a Settled Integration targeting the email triage workflow. An AI assistant was configured to draft initial responses to common enquiries for staff review and sending. Guidance was provided over two sessions.
What changed
Morning email processing dropped to around 12 minutes. The front desk manager reported that staff found the assistant's drafts accurate enough that they rarely needed significant changes. Timeline: 5 weeks from start to handover.
"We were sceptical but the results were clear within the first two weeks." — Siriporn J., Hotel Manager
Case Study 02 — Professional Services
An accounting practice: internal document summarisation
The challenge
Junior accountants were spending significant time reading through client-provided documents to extract key figures before senior staff could begin analysis. The process was error-prone when rushed and added an hour or more to project starts.
The approach
A document summarisation assistant was configured to process common financial document types and extract structured data. The tool was tested on anonymised historical documents before live use. Staff were walked through its outputs and taught to verify key figures.
What changed
Document intake time reduced by approximately 65%. Senior staff reported they were receiving better-prepared summaries than before. The practice has since extended the assistant to a second document type through Steady Companionship.
"The honest approach to limitations gave us confidence to trust the tool." — Wanchai P., Practice Owner
Case Study 03 — Retail Operations
An e-commerce business: weekly supplier reporting
The challenge
The owner was manually compiling a weekly summary of orders, stock levels, and supplier communication for their own review every Monday morning. This took two to three hours and was often deprioritised when weekends were busy.
The approach
The Listening Session identified this as a straightforward workflow for automation. An AI assistant was set up to pull data from their existing order management system and draft a structured summary each Sunday evening, ready for Monday review.
What changed
The owner now reviews a completed summary rather than building one. They estimate saving around two and a half hours per week. The summary format was refined twice in the first month based on feedback, at no additional charge.
"I didn't expect it to feel so natural. The assistant just did what I was doing, more reliably." — Thanachai K., Business Owner
